How it works
The solver tries every placement of common five-letter words in the three rows and three columns that uses exactly your letters, keeps green squares fixed, and agrees with every yellow and grey square. If no common word fits, it tries rarer ones and says so.
The fewest swaps are worked out exactly: each wrong square points from its letter to the letter it needs, and every loop of k such squares takes k − 1 swaps. The solver splits the board into as many loops as possible (repeated letters make that a real search), so the count is the true minimum, and the list shows each swap in an order that works.
